Does Great Southeast Flooring America Guarantee Best Prices?
YES WE DO! Occasionally, you may think you have found a lower price! It doesn't happen often and typically the savings are misleading. Our price is usually lower after you get a total price on the entire job. The bottom line is YES we will guarantee the best “total price”, but we are usually lower to begin with. Simply bring us any competitor’s written total installed price with all taxes included - no one will undersell us!
Why Do We Say “We Know How to Measure”?
Let me illustrate with an example: Not too long ago, a customer reported that another store had beat our square foot price by about 10 cents, that the competitor had already measured the house and
2,115 s/f of floor covering was needed. We insisted that we be allowed to measure also and came up with 1,620 s/f FOR THE SAME AREA!

We saved this customer over $1,000 over the competitor’s price (even though their square foot price was less)! While this is an unusually high difference, we see inaccurate measuring all the time. Some unreputable stores make a policy out of doing this.

What About Internet Prices?
Internet sellers sometimes can sell for low prices because they don’t have to install a product or stand behind it if it is defective. Just try and get someone from another state to get your defect inspected and replaced! Let’s face it, the local manufacturer’s rep doesn’t want to get involved because he didn’t make anything on the original sale. We have heard horror stories of claims never being handled at all or taking months and months to simply get someone to look at them.
